I have been working with Customers and Product development for over 2 decades. I have built effective delivery teams and strongly believe in logic, listening carefully, and focusing on priorities for execution. This does not preclude that good ideas and ideation come from chaos, but the chaos I speak of is general market chaos. I also strongly believe in following the McKinsey 7S Framework and have since ‘96. I still enjoy architecting and developing products from a technical perspective, but the technology does not matter. Technology is only an enabler for what it can do for a business objective and the end user and I am still applying this on our current product Quizly. I also strongly believe in profitable sustainable business models that can scale.
